What treatments does Éclora Clinic offer?
We offer anti-wrinkle treatments for forehead lines and crow’s feet, lip and smile line filler, skin boosters, microneedling, PRP skin rejuvenation and vitamin injections. Every treatment begins with a consultation.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. We discuss your goals, medical history, suitability, expected results and aftercare requirements before treatment. Your safety and wellbeing are always our priority.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit is required to secure an appointment and is deducted from your final treatment cost. Deposits are non-refundable and subject to our cancellation policy.

Can I change my appointment?
Yes. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Appointments changed with less notice may result in loss of deposit.

Swelling, tenderness and mild bruising can occur after treatment. This is a normal part of healing and detailed aftercare advice is provided.

What are skin boosters?
Skin boosters are injectable treatments designed to improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality for a healthier, brighter complexion.

What can microneedling help with?
Microneedling may improve skin texture, enlarged pores, fine lines, uneven tone and acne scarring. Some redness and sensitivity can occur afterwards.
PRP & VITAMINS
What is PRP skin rejuvenation?
PRP uses your own platelet-rich plasma to support collagen production and improve skin quality. Suitability is assessed at consultation.

Can anyone receive aesthetic treatments?
Not everyone is suitable for every treatment. Medical conditions, allergies, medications or other circumstances may mean a treatment is not recommended.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised and medical nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not offered on treatments, deposits, consultations or products.
